Return & Exchanges



Please feel free to return any item, within 30 days, for a prompt exchange or refund. (Custom and Sale items are Final Sale and will not be refunded.)

Store Return
Must include the receipt and in original condition (new, tags attached) for the price paid, refunded to the original tender.

Online Return
If you are returning an item for a refund, you will need to fill out an Online Return. If the Return Form was not included, download a new form here. Your return will be processed in 3-5 business days from the day that we receive it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A tracking number is suggested for a successful return. Typically, a refund in the amount of the price of the item(s) returned and applicable sales tax (shipping fees are not refundable) will be credited to the original form of payment.

How do I make an online exchange?
For online orders, we can only exchange products for varied sizes. Detail out in the Return Form, included in your order, which items you would like to exchange. If the Return Form was not included, download a new form here.
