Pacers Sports & Entertainment is committed to protecting the health and safety of our fans, players, coaches, staff members and community.

To do our part to help slow the spread of COVID-19, we will continue to keep our Team Store located in Bankers Life Fieldhouse closed, but remain open online at PacersTeamStore.com

We are taking precautions to create a safe work environment for our employees in our fulfilment center. Please note that you may also experience longer processing and shipping times than usual.

 

How can I make a purchase?

Although the Pacers Team Store is closed to in-store customers, you can still purchase your Pacers, Fever, Mad Ants and Pacers Gaming gear at PacersTeamStore.com for shipping and curbside pickup. 

How will it be delivered?

Shipping

Once your order is processed, we will email you the tracking number for your order. Orders will be delivered via UPS SurePost.  UPS SurePost is an economy, residential, ground service. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service. This shipping option is typically the default checkout setting. Depending of your location, your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 3–7 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier. 

Curbside

Please allow up to 48 hours during business days for your order to be completed. Once we have completed your order, you will receive an email to confirm your order is ready for pick up. Please follow the pick-up instructions included in the email. Our curbside option is currently only available for pickups on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am - 3pm. The Team Store will be closed on June 29th and Curbside Pickup will not be available! 

 

Can I still make a return?

You can return any store or online credit card purchases to:

All returns must include the receipt and in original condition (new, tags attached) for the price paid.

If you are returning an online item for a refund, you will need to fill out an Online Return Form, included in your package. Your return will be processed in 3-5 business days from the day that we receive it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A tracking number is suggested for a successful return. Typically, a refund in the amount of the price of the item(s) returned and applicable sales tax (shipping fees are not refundable) will be credited to the original form of payment.
