Beginning August 24, the Team Store will be closed to in-store guests. We will have convenient curbside pickup available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12p.m. to 5p.m., and we remain open online at PacersTeamStore.com.
We are taking precautions to create a safe work environment for our employees in our fulfilment center. Please note that you may also experience longer processing and shipping times than usual.
How can I make a purchase?
Although the Pacers Team Store is closed, you can still purchase your Pacers, Fever, Mad Ants and Pacers Gaming gear at PacersTeamStore.com. Additionally, curbside pickup is available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12p.m. to 5p.m.
How will it be delivered?
Once your order is processed, we will email you the tracking number for your order. Orders will be delivered via UPS SurePost. UPS SurePost is an economy, residential, ground service. This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service. This shipping option is typically the default checkout setting. Depending of your location, your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 3–7 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
What if I want my order sooner?
Currently, we are only able to ship ground only. Expected delivery for ground service is expected to be delivered 3-7 business days after items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.

All returns must include the receipt and in original condition (new, tags attached) for the price paid.
If you are returning an online item for a refund, you will need to fill out an Online Return Form, included in your package. Your return will be processed in 3-5 business days from the day that we receive it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A tracking number is suggested for a successful return. Typically, a refund in the amount of the price of the item(s) returned and applicable sales tax (shipping fees are not refundable) will be credited to the original form of payment.
